HISTORY

TOWER (Tactical Operations: Warfare - Enforcement - Rescue) is a special UN secret division formed to fight unconventional threats.

A group of exceptional men were bionically enhanced to become human super-weapons, they were T.O.W.E.R.'s Alpha Team.
