Frost is able to drain heat, causing moisture in the air and everything around him to freeze. He's capable of generating such extreme cold as to cause a person to instantly freeze and objects to become brittle. Frost himself is immune to cold. He is protected from physical damage by a thin layer of ice that surrounds his skin. Frost is a seasoned fighter and assassin. Usually uses a pistol to kill from a distance. His ice bullets are untraceable.
